Database Without Duplicates
Teamgate has a really great feature to help you with the process of identifying and managing duplicate records. It is now easy to have a well-structured contact database, and with the help of Teamgate intuitive duplicate checks, you can always keep your database free from duplicate contacts. CRM duplicate detection will keep your contacts database neater, and more organised at all times.
Possible duplicate contacts are easily recognised and are identified with the number of possible duplicates in a highlighted red circle. By clicking on the icon you can see a detailed list of duplicates and immediately merge contacts, or mark them as not duplicated.
In the contacts and companies lists you can identify duplicated entries using the filters function. In the filtered list, you will only see the overlapping businesses/contacts, letting you manage the entries far more simply.
