To get the most out of this rich solution, you can additionally create custom fields and add tags. Your productivity can be easily improved by finding and using the most relevant data in no time.
To accommodate various types of businesses, we created custom fields, so that each customer can enter information relevant to them. Fields can be pre-made or newly entered on the go. The number of custom fields is not limited and it’s up to you to choose if the new fields are shown in the lists and filters. In case you are planning to store confidential information, it is possible to restrict the visibility of certain fields.
To match your business needs, you can use tags to organize leads, contacts, companies and deals. By using tags you ensure better organization of your database, as well as better search and filtering experience.
Statuses and Stages
To better organize and manage entries with Teamgate, use statuses and stages. Statuses are assigned automatically to help you keep the database neat and track processes. For example, every new lead is assigned with a status “New”; contacts with active deals have status “Prospect”; after a deal is won, a contact or company immediately is assigned with a status “Customer”; and more.
Filters and Sorting
If you work with data, you know that often times you have to find specific information. With Teamgate, you can find the necessary info by applying filters. To make your work even more convenient, use sorting to see entries in ascending or descending order by a certain criteria. Save time and have a better overview of your lists!
