Commission is based on what the customer actually pays, after discounts, refunds and taxes.
Example (illustrative only, not an earnings promise): A client signs up for the Team plan with 5 users at the list price of US$39.90 per user per month, billed annually. That's US$2,394 a year.
- Teamgate Partner Program: 20% = US$478.80 for the first 12 months.
- Teamgate Certified Partner: the client gets 10% off their first year at list price, so they pay US$2,154.60. You earn 25% = US$538.65 in year one, then US$598.50 in year two, while the client keeps paying at the same price and seat count.
Prices are in US dollars, at list price with no other promotion applied. The Certified 10% stacks on top of any Teamgate promotion running when the client buys, so a client buying during a promotion pays less, and your commission is based on what they actually pay.

How much do I earn?

How is a referral tracked?

When do I get paid?
