BSH Hausgeräte GmbH – founded in 1967 – is the largest manufacturer of home appliances in Europe, and one of the leading companies in the sector worldwide. The consumer is at the centre of all of the BSH’s developments. With a portfolio of 14 brands the company covers a wide range of consumer needs, developing home appliances which are characterised by intelligent design, user-friendliness, and energy efficiency.
Challenge
To sell successfully you need to keep your sales process on track, without any unnecessary interference. BSH decided that it had to change its old sales management process, which lagged behind competition in terms of features and became a barrier to managing projects effectively. After an investigative process, using the leading software review sites, Capterra and GetApp, the decision was made to choose Teamgate CRM as the new sales solution, mainly due to its reasonable pricing and an appealing and easy-to-understand graphical user interface (GUI).
The Solution

Thanks to Teamgate BSH now has a clearer perspective and a greater understanding of its overall business strategy.
